Hihara Yuiko
Born in Hiroshima. After graduating from Musashino Art University and Graduate School of Tokyo University of the Arts, joined Shiseido. Involved mainly in advertising, window display and so on as an in-house designer. Winner of ADC, Good Design Award, Japan Display Design Award and more.
About the design
If the war was over by August 5 in 1945, my aunt wouldn't have died in Hiroshima. The world pledged to nuclear disarmament, but now the promise is almost falling apart. Let me remind the world with a sign language for “promise.”
