Niijima Minoru
Born in Tokyo in 1948. Studied design and earned a masters degree under Paul Rand and Bradbury Thompson at graduate course of School of Art, Yale University. Currently works in the field of graphic design and typography, while serving as professor at Musashino Art University. Member of AGI.
About the design
Visible and Invisible, Legible and Illegible: This is an awkward problem but is also something that fires creatores' imagination. These several years, I keep tackling the issue with changes of contrast created by the use of spots.
