About the design
In Japanese, “Samidare” means early summer rain in May. Rain looks innumerable straight lines, but they become ripples when falling on the ground. Using the geometorical pattern I designed for a summer display, I depicted “Sa-midare” with delicately distracted lines produced by Flexography.
