Seki Kiyoko
Born in Kyoto. Became a freelance graphic designer in 1983. Also runs a drawing class. Her symbol mark design for Kyoto Prefecture was awarded at the competition and is currently used.
About the design
I am hoping that everyone receives joy and happiness everyday. I left my hope on these three cats.
