Born in 1957 in Tokyo. Graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts, and joined advertising division of Shiseido in 1981. Main works include CI design and advertising for a series of cosmetics brands. Currently undertakes creative directions of the company’s global initiatives. Awards include the JAGDA New Designer Award, the Tokyo ADC Award, the Tokyo TDC Award Gold Prize, and the NY ADC Distinctive Merit.
