Printing Technology
It uses “Wide Color” 4-color printing, a high value added process that extends the range of color reproduction compared to conventional 4-color printing. The secret is its ability to use sophisticated color separation technology to convert RGB data to CMYK, maximizing the color reproduction of ink. This technique provides more faithful reproduction of the rich hues and gradient expression of the original document. It also makes use of “Anicolor,” a revolutionary printer developed by Heidelberg. This environmentally-friendly printer minimizes paper waste by enabling the print run to start after only about 20 test sheets.
