Ikeda Yasuyuki
Born in 1972. Graduated from Tokyo Designer Gakuin. After working at a printing company and a design office, joined Sun-Ad in 1999. Major clients include Ikea Japan, Suntory, and Fuji Television. Winner of the International Advertising Festival (Cannes Lions), the Yomiuri Advertising Award, and more.
About the design
The printing technology assigned to me was Super Fine Color, which enables one to reproduce the colors and gradation that cannot be done with regular CMYK printing. So I made the surface with lines using colored pencils and designed the image using figures 1 and 9. I incorporated various colors so that I myself also could look forward to how it comes out.
