About the design

Today is Old Folks' Day. The average life expectancy in Japan is 79.19 years for men, and 85.99 years for women_the latter is the oldest in the world.
Bonsai is a way to foster a sence of beauty by re-creating a miniature of big tree in a pot to enjoy its beauty. The pine tree is a symbol of agelessness. I draw needles with rainbow colors to represent youth and longevity.
