Toda Koichiro
Born in Sado island in 1970. Currently works at Dentsu Communication Design Center. Art-directs all aspects of communication such as advertising, package, books, stage, CD jacket, films and so on. Recent works include Honda, Avex, and more. Winner of One Show Design 2009 Bronze and many others in Japan and abroad. Member of TDC.
About the design
As a child I became slightly sentimental on September 1st, because summer vacation ended and I had to go back to school. The leaving summer and arriving new season: I found this sentiment in Ms. Morimoto's photogragh and covered it with dots to fill out the space in my heart as an hommage for summer.
