Nakamura Kazuto
Born in Hiroshima in 1965. Graduated from Nippon Designer Gakuin. Established Penguin Graphics in 1999. Received NY ADC Distinctive Merit and One Show Design Bronze Prize in 2008, Hiroshima ADC Grand Prize in 2009.
About the design
Bonsai has been my lifework for thirty-two years. Using it as a motif, I created “Bonsai Flamingoes.” Maybe the middle one and the one on the right look like “23,” don't they?
