Fukuda Tsuyoshi
Born in 1943 in Hyogo. Graduated from Nihon University College of Art, Department of Design. After working for several ad agencies including Muller Jordan Herrich Inc in New York and J.W.Thompson Japan, established his own studio in 1973. Professor at Nagaoka Zokei University. Awards received include the Tokyo ADC Award in 1981, the International Advertising Festival (Cannes Lions) Excellent Award in 1988, and others.
About the design
We should not forget humans, plants and animals are all living together on the earth. Human alone cannot be arrogant. Nipponia Nippon is a very rare bird. I drew this with the hope of protecting their habitat.
