Takakita Yukiya
Born in Mie in 1950. Graduated from University of Mie. Runs design studio, gallery, and serves as Dean at Nagoya Zokei University of Art & Design. Held more than 40 solo exhibitions in Tokyo, Taiwan, Spain, the United States, etc.
About the design
Flowers are beautiful but obscene, because they are full of vitality. Especially stamina is obscene. Both wild flowers and the ones in gardens bloom obscene beyond our egoism. Even though it's just a day in a calender, a day lasts forever. Beauty of flower is vein, but their life lasts infinitely.
