Tsutsumi Takehiko
Graphic designer. Completed the graduate course in design at the Tokyo University of the Arts in 2001. Established a studio, Ebc, with creators from various fields. Works both as an indivisual and as a team, in the field of art and design.
About the design
My recent theme is to use waste material: I've been enjoying how I can make the most of materials that are supposed to be dumped. For this work, I collaged some used magazines, scanned it, printed it with a dye ink, blurred it with water, scanned it again after drying, sythesized it with the picture before blurred, and finally fixed the colors. This is how it was made.
