1. Super Fine Color
“Super Fine Color” 7-color printing is a new printing technology that achieves rich hues and gradations impossible with conventional 4-color printing. Color reproduction is natural and vivid, but there is also a subtle reproduction of texture and transparency.
2. Super Real Black
This is a proprietary iWORD printing technology that brings to deep monotone works a finish well beyond what is achieved by high-quality digital printers. By making use of Millennium Black, Matte Black and Gray Ink, it not only brings intensity and depth, but also achieves a sharp matte finish.
3. Wide Color (4-color)
“Wide color printing” is a category of wide color gamut 4-color printing. In addition, it makes use of “Anicolor,” a revolutionary printer developed by Heidelberg. It is environment-friendly Anicolor printing that minimizes paper waste by enabling the print run to start after only about 20 test sheets.
4. Wide Color (4-color) + Drip Off
Drip Off processing uses special water-based varnishes and oil-based OP varnishes to express a unique feel that combines matte with glossy.
5. Wide Color (4-color) + Water-based pearl varnish
6. Wide Color (4-color) + Water-based silver varnish
Water-based pearl varnish and water-based silver varnish also create new possibilities for expression. The result is printing that is friendly to the eyes, sensitive to expression and feel, and easy on resources and the environment.
7. Process color (4-color)
8. Process color (4-color + gold and silver)
9. Process double tones (2-color) / Process triple tones (3-color)
Fundamentally, printing involves up to 4 colors. This printing method demonstrates just how much can be achieved in design with just 1 to 4 colors.
10. Wide Color (4-color) + Cold foil
State-of-the-art cold foil technology brings offset printing and foil processing in-line. Cold foil expression uses halftones, which enables it to reproduce gradations as well as fine lettering and designs. Being able to add conventional 4-color printing on top of the foil makes this a completely different domain from ordinary foil plating.
11. Wide Color (4-color) + High-intensity silver printing + UV coating
12. Wide Color (4-color) + High-intensity pearl printing + UV coating
Silver and pearl inks are used to create and print partially metallic and pearl papers. 4-color printing on top of this is used to create a new pallet of metallic and pearl colors.
13. Wide Color (4-color) + Glossy monograms coating + UV coating
14. Wide Color (4-color) + Matte monograms coating + UV coating
15. Wide Color (4-color) + (Glossy and Matte) monograms coating + UV coating
The coating postpress uses transparent varnish to bring texture to printed matter. By offering 51 different varieties of coated texture, the diffusion of light can be utilized from specific angles. A matte finish on textures is possible by printing matte varnish on top of glossy monograms coating.
